Parents of children starting in Foundation Stage will be invited to an initial evening meeting at Tibberton, when we explain how to prepare your child for school and the induction procedures. Children are given the opportunity to attend a number of sessions in school prior to the staggered intake in September.
Attendance during the first weeks of term is on a part-time basis for Reception children. These arrangements will be explained more fully at the preliminary meeting. We prepare the children for entry to school with "taster sessions" prior to the summer holidays and give them some friendly faces pictures to remind them over the summer of who we all are.
